How does shipping work for fully assembled bicycles?

We offer professional assembly and delivery through our 'Ready to Ride' service. Your bike is built by a certified mechanic and delivered to your door 100% assembled. For standard shipping, bikes arrive 85% assembled in a box and require professional setup at a local bike shop.

What is your return policy for bikes and accessories?

Unused accessories in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. For bicycles, we offer a 14-day return window provided the bike is in new condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bike returns to cover inspection and tuning.

Do tokyobikes come with a warranty?

Yes, every tokyobike frame and fork is covered by a limited 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and parts are covered by a 1-year warranty. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from accidents.

What kind of maintenance does my bike require?

To keep your tokyobike running smoothly, we recommend checking tire pressure weekly, cleaning and lubricating the chain monthly, and scheduling a professional tune-up every 6 to 12 months depending on your riding frequency.

Can I customize my bike with racks and fenders?

Absolutely. Most tokyobike models feature eyelets for easy installation of fenders, front racks, and rear pannier racks. We offer a curated selection of compatible accessories designed to match the aesthetic and geometry of our frames.
